MX WORLD Wheelie & Flips

On PC, hold Shift and roll on the throttle — not from a dead stop at full W, and not after you already peaked the speedometer. Beginner write-ups from the first month of the game all say the same thing: if you launch the wheelie too fast, the front wheel slaps down. Ease W until the rider is standing and the bars stay light, then make tiny A/D corrections. The same motion works on dirt bikes and on quads, though quads forgive a sloppy balance point.

Practice on the flat dirt beside spawn, not on the half pipe. Once you can hold a straight wheelie past the paint studs, take it to a small kicker. Backflips, front flips, and air control

Johnaldblox’s long session called backflips “really easy” off the playground ramps, and first-person (C) makes the rotation easier to read if you do not get motion sick. The in-air recipe from later videos: do not hold throttle, give a down input as if you were braking, and let the rider rotate. Double front flips are possible on the bigger tables if you committed on the face with enough speed but not so much that you over-jump the landing.

• Wheelie: Shift + moderate W on PC; modifier + half trigger on a pad.
• Hold too much speed and the front wheel drops — that is the game, not a bug.
• Flips: down/brake in the air, not a second dedicated key.
• Land rear wheel first on steep downs, then feed throttle back in.
• Quads can pedal backflip; they just feel heavier mid-rotation.

Why you keep looping

A pinned comment on the first-look video is still the best one-line fix: if you keep falling after jumps, stop holding throttle and stop holding backward. That maps to W and S on a keyboard.
